Hello Friends, I am looking for the correct, generic replacement part for my '79 308GTB's A/C receiver-drier. I have found a source for NEW York compressors (US$315) so I can rebuild my A/C without conversion to a modern compressor. Yea, I can already sense the testarone in the air. "Take the damn thing off like a real man. It's just dead weight." But I live in Houston, Texas where we have two seasons; Summer and Almost Summer. And the 308 has a greenhouse for a cockpit. If the A/C doesn't work, I don't drive the car. So back to the theme-topic. Any of you done A/C work recently who could direct me toward a parts supplier? Thanks. rick
