Hey, Brian: Sorry to say this but *W*R*O*N*G*! IF you'll remember, there's a little thing in our constitution called the 5th Amendment. Remember? ? You can refuse, but in the end, if convicted, you'll need a few tubes of K-Y Jelly for the fun ahead. That's why our pint-sized friend lost his license for 3 years. Believe me, if you want to play, you're going to pay, BIG TIME. I've heard of people who have been convicted of vehicular manslaughter who have had less harsh sentences. Sad, but true. I've found that it's best to play the Man's game, and show remorse. The first thing I would have done was to check into the nearest rehab joint for a week to show the judge that you'll change your unlawful ways, and plead for mercy, because you're a changed man now.
