That's my take on it. I have a problem with adjustments from the pit,  
but save those F1 should be a pure development formula. Why not pull  
all the tire/turbo/displacement/EPROM restrictions and just say 'You  
have 200 gallons of fuel. First one  across the line after 60 laps  
wins".
