Having heard the explanations of the various concerned parties the Court of Appeal concluded that the appeal is inadmissible. Consequently, the World Championship standings remain 'as is' with Hamilton heading to Singapore with a one point lead over Felipe Massa. more "People will probably expect me to be depressed about today's result," said Lewis Hamilton, following the announcement, "but that isn't me.
