dispute involving Ferrari, the ruling shall be in favor of Ferrari or  

shall be made so as to enure to the benefit of Ferrari.

The FIA's Court of Appeal has rejected McLaren's appeal against  

the 25s

penalty meted out to Lewis Hamilton following the Belgian GP.  

Having heard

the explanations of the various concerned parties the Court of Appeal
concluded that the appeal is inadmissible.

Consequently, the World Championship standings remain 'as is' with

Hamilton heading to Singapore with a one point lead over Felipe  

Massa.
