Mozilla crashed every time I tried to load the page, Peter.  But, I saw on
f1.com that the matter couldn't even be brought up on appeal because
originally it was set as a drive-through penalty.  According to Sporting
Regulations, those can't be appealed.  Then, because he didn't take a
drive-through (no time left to do so) he was penalized the 25 second
penalty.
