I truly have to wonder if it has become human nature now to simply
just "fret" about everything.

To run in circles screaming "Oh Noes".

I see 1980's era EFI equipped vehicles on the road today without issue.

What makes you think an F355 or F360 will be any different?

Is it any cheaper today to (properly) maintain a 3x8 than it was in 1970/80?

Is it any cheaper today to (properly) maintain an F355 than back in 1995?

So why will it get any cheaper to maintain an F360 or F599?

With a profit motive - companies don't stop the availability of factory
maintenance components for 20 year old cars.
