None taken. I've openly admitted that problems exist and what they are.
I've pointed out where strides have been taken.  I'm just tired of the
ignorance.  

I agree to disagree but am glad to hear from you.  Congratulations of the
new child.  We celebrated my daughter's second birthday this weekend.  Kids
are blessed, amazing and wonderful gifts.  When they hit 1 1/2-2, it's
absolutely fascinating every single day.

No offense, but stop the hyperanalysis.

All of this analyze, "don't generalize", analyze, analyse,
and analyze some more - has gotten us to where we are.

Identify - The costs of Union Benefits are killing the big 3
and mismanagement has allowed this to happen

Predict - the UNION will not roll back this ridiculosity - ever

Decide - The only solution is hence, Ch. 11 - followed by replacement
of management and the boards of all 3.

Execute - WELL, LETS GET ON IT

N.b.: There is no mention of "BAILOUT" here.

The Big 3 failed because shit-poor management has been afraid to go
toe-to-toe w/ organized-crime-infested unions.

ridiculous compensation you are asking for -- NO, you will not get

compensation and benefits.  Maybe 7-11 clerks and burger flippers
should UNIONIZE!  LOL.
