I think I have one of those tools in my toolbox from years ago when I used to work on a lot of cars with CIS. (BTW, based on those experiences I swore I'd never own a car with CIS, then I go and buy a 308 -:)

Don't remember if that was what I used on the 308, or if it fit the injectors.

I use a CIS injector puller toll for my injectors (held in just with o-rings). I think they work on your style of injectors. It tucks under the hex then you use a long screwdriver to pry upwards. You might be
able to fabricate your own as well.  See links below.
