I love those!! The AM DB4 Zagato is pure sex! http://blog.hemmings.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/05/61astonmartin_resized.jpg There are winners and losers in all of the design houses. Remember that a certain houses' trends may have been dictated by their chief at the time. Gandini was powering Bertone in the 60s and thus the shapes that came out reflected that. Some of their later work may not have been up to that standard! What about Ghia and Ital Design?? The Pre L Pantera from Ghia was top notch: http://panteraplace.com/page5.html LS ----- Original Message ---- From: Rick Lindsay <rolindsay [at] yahoo.com> To: LS <lashdeep [at] yahoo.com> Cc: Ferrari [at] Ferrarilist.com Sent: Thursday, February 19, 2009 1:20:43 PM Subject: Re: [Ferrari] Styling opinion Yep, they have certainly had some winners. In my opinion, they've had a lot more loosers; http://bringatrailer.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/03/1971_Lancia_Fulvia_Zagato_Front_1.jpg --- On Thu, 2/19/09, Red5hilser [at] aol.com <Red5hilser [at] aol.com> wrote: > From: Red5hilser [at] aol.com <Red5hilser [at] aol.com> > Subject: Re: [Ferrari] Styling opinion > To: rolindsay [at] yahoo.com > Cc: Ferrari [at] Ferrarilist.com > Date: Thursday, February 19, 2009, 12:17 PM > Just like the old Fiat Abarth Zagatos, the double bubble > Zagato bodied 250 > GT that I saw in the general parking lot at Spa, looked > like it was designed > to do only one thing, GO FAST!
