Jim, this note is in NO WAY a personal comment nor is it about you.  Its just 
that your words reminded me of something I have always believed.

Many people become 'frozen in time' the day they leave school.  That day may be 
following high school or it may be college.  I'm sure you know people who still 
follow high school sports!  I might notice varsity cheerleaders, perhaps, but 
not the antics of crazy adolescents.  Those folks also seem to get stuck in the 
styles of those last days in school.  You've probably seen them too.  Last 
December at our company Christmas party, there was a woman who probably sees a 
social situation once a year.  She dressed '90s and she had the Texas rooster 
comb hairstyle from the '90s.  I'd bet that everything about her life froze the 
day she left high school.  I could go on, but I won't...
