The dealership was fine - the problem is that this had to be fixed at the regional level or above. And the region based in Colorado - and everyone above them pretty much had a "f**k you - take what you're given" attitude. This went all the way to the top at GM - and I do mean THE TOP - before a friend got Ed Peper (the GM of Chevrolet) to look at the case - at which point he said "WTF?" If Chevrolet wasn't a part of GM - Mr. Peper would be the "top dog" at Chevy and have no one but a board and stockholders to answer to - and that would be a GOOD thing. Jim
