Govenator made an eye popping announcement yesterday - - - (in a Serbian 
accent of course) "Aour income tax revenoos are down."

Hmmmmm, how could that be?  Just when you put the screws to every living 
being and company - the wellies beat it and it left only the sickies.

I saw a similar model in business.  Picture this - twenty years ago over 100 
people are working on a new project under hard but not impossible conditions 
when New York senior management comes out and makes the statement - YOU are 
NOT trying hard enough - you will work every Saturday and every other Sunday 
until you are caught up.  At lunch time 50% of the staff left and applied 
for jobs at their competitors.  About of the 25% smartest and best workers 
got jobs, bingo, like that. - - -  thus leaving the weak, wounded, and those 
without a clue.  Senior management wondered why the project output got more 
worser than.  Duh

Sheeeeet man - even an amoeba retreats from a glass needle.
