Easy way to see one is here in DC, there is at least one, possible two in private hands. Cavallino Classic and the Pocono event(s) is/are good as well. I have ridden in a 288 but never driven one. The boost in 70mph in 3rd gear is wonderful...tire smoke and counter steer is the way driving should be done. Hey Fellippe, I know others say they are around - but like you, I'll probably never see one. It probably requires time in So Cal or Miami/Palm Beach to increase the possibility. But look on the bright side - you've got a 959 and a near naked friend to help you search for a GTO! ;-) LarryT When Ted Kennedy goes to Cuba for health care I might consider socialized medicene. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Fellippe Galletta" <fellippe.galletta [at] gmail.com> To: "Larry Turner" <l02turner [at] comcast.net> Cc: "The FerrariList" <ferrari [at] ferrarilist.com> Sent: Wednesday, June 17, 2009 5:22 PM Subject: Re: [Ferrari] Ferrari F40 vs. Porsche 959.... > On Wed, Jun 17, 2009 at 4:59 PM, LarryT <l02turner [at] comcast.net> wrote: > >> Great story Doug - as always.
