You've got it backwards.  The 400/412 had the GM turbo 400, the
456 has some non-GM unobtanium unit.  However, I believe that
the source for the 456 was a now defunct Michigan company.

Britt reports that there are companies in England that will rebuild
these for something a bit less than an arm and a leg.
