Technology in cars/Stupid drivers (was Re: Some No.... Michael Schumacher)

Larry and Gang,
     Driving home from work takes me anywhere from 25-35 minutes.  I get off 
around 5:00 P.M. so it's pretty dark when I leave our parking lot.  Invariably 
there are cars without their headlights on.  And, it's DARK.  How can that be?  
I know every once in a while I've wondered "are my lights on?" and I check the 
instrument knob.  Another thing that gets me is people who leave their turn 
signal indicators on after they've completed their lane change.  WTF?
