Rodney,

Every time I get on the roads in Chicago I am glad most people don't drive like you :)

When is the Lemons at Gingerman? I think I will go out to Autobahn with the Vette Museum but that's later in the year, not sure I want to instruct that one... Might end up with a rookie in a twin turbo ZR1 (Yikes!)... I am still waiting for an invite to the Audi Ice Lake AX... Not sure they are doing that this year... And of course would need some of Jim's Hekka's :)

BR,
Mike

As some of you may recall, I took a rental car to the Skywalk Bridge. The
drive/rally was just as awesome BUT if I were to do it again, I'd take the
helicopter ride from Vegas to the Skybridge. IIRC, you can do ride, a
decent/good buffet lunch and bridge for about $100. I went in '07. Look for
coupons in the Vegas mags or online. If you want me to send you pics, drop a
line. If I'd go again, I would probably go into the canyon next trip.

Brief Recap: 20 plus miles of gravel road made for a car that you don't own and have insurance on. I got the rental airborne 3 times and the parking brake never felt the same again. You must fill up the tank at the station off the highway before you proceed or you will run out of fuel if you drive like me. People who drove their own car took 45 min to an hour because of poor road/perfect rally conditions. I took just over 20 min and followers weren't able to keep up let alone pass...

Anyone else doing 24 hours of Lemons at Gingerman?
