Hmmmm - HP is equal to Torque x RPM divided by 5252.  So either the breathing efficiency is improved to improve torque or the RPM was increased.  If the motor becomes a better air pump - RPM may not need to increase - tho it could - that much to get more HP. 
I dunno, I could be wrong.

100% stock
 
211.0 RWHP, 185.8 ft/lbs peak with STOCK EXHAUST AND CATS
 
 
so a 25%  increase should yield   263.7 RWHP 232.2 ft/lbs peak

But having said that, 270HP * 1,25 = 337,5HP
That's about the power of a 348 GTB (320HP) , and that car costs about the same as a 328 ...
