Thanks guys for all the tips and tricks.

 

Hooters girls?  Well the guy across the street happens to be a bitter old gay man and hates the stripper that lives next to him (yes, a stripper that actually saved money and invested!).  He's just a tattletale anyway and not involved in HOA politics.  That's another reason not to be involved in the board - just a bunch of old people with nothing better to do than bitch.  The younger people like me did have an uprising last year and was successful.  It put the senior citizens in their place knowing we only take a certain amount of shit.

 

I don't have the conscience to put oil in his driveway.  Besides, that oil stain in his driveway was already there...  ;-)
