In my section of the subdivision, we have 35 ft. driveways with a 20 ft. shared drive down the middle going to the street.  The 8 units that share this drive all like each other except this one guy.  During the afternoon, the guy next to me blares his music while we throw a baseball around forcing the ass across the street to close his windows.  LOL. The family on the other side of me also hates this guy.  We tend to hold small impromptu parties with a lot friends that spill over into each others driveways and yards with tents and bag games on the shared drive all the time.  Another older guy across from me and the neighbor of the ass has a 68? Mach 1 as well as an '08 Mustang.  Since we both have cars with loud exhausts, we tend to rev them up while working on them to irk the guy too.  We are trying our best to drive him out!

I go out dancing 5 nights a week and come home after midnight all the time.  In winter, I turn off my traction control and blip the throttle to spin my tires in front of his house.  Being nosey he always looks out behind the curtain thinking he is being sneaky.  I always wave letting him know I see him.  It's such a game with all of the good neighbors we'd almost miss him if he does leave.  :-)
