The president of ours is 40. The younger ones on our board have a much
more live and let live attitude, but we do have some real asses that
love nothing better to do than stir up trouble. They tended to back
off once a heated argument lead to an actual assault.

I am planning on retiring to the same set up my sister in law has. 140
acres and all that is visible from the street is the mailbox and the
gate.
