All right, all right.  As in real life, aint nuthin new.

Invoke rules used by the old sprint cars and Go-Karts of yore.

> From now on, F1 will run "claimer motors."  The guy that wins has to sell 
his motor to another team for a pre-set (same price for every team) price as 
stated in the rules.

THAT oughta reduce costs.  Especially if the motor is ruled to be sold for, 
um, say $10,000.00.
