Only one fan comes on when the thermostat is triggered. The second fan comes on 
when you turn on the A/c. I owned a 308 in new orleans and it never over 
heated. In fact the radiator of a 308 is oversized for the engine. If you are 
overheating you have a bad radiator or another serious issue. Ferrari's are 
very well suited for hot wx.
