Hi Guys, I took my 85 308 out for a mountain spin today, and had a weird running experience – for the first 3-4 miles of city driving the engine was backfiring pretty bad and the tach was showing 11k RPM, but I was only actually running around 2-3k…… Then, after about 4 miles she suddenly settled down into her normal purr for the rest of the 60 mile drive J She has not been out for approx 3 months, and perhaps was just a little pissed at me for neglecting her(as most women would be)?? Or other thoughts? Mark |
