First saw:  A local businessman had a 275GTB/4.
This was about 1972 or so.  The potential service
costs/repairs scared him, so he eventually traded
it for a new very early 308GTB.  Might have been
a 'glass car.

First ride:  A black Daytona that was present at
a meeting that I attended at Callaway Engineering
around about 1987.  The car was a real roach,
or what Reeves called "el rodente".  Interior,
dash all tore up.

First drive:  Ex-lister Jim Perry's 308GT4.  It was
the first Ferrari that was roomy enough that I
felt that I could operate the pedals comfortably.
I don't fit in the driver's seat of the GTB/S cars.

Hans.
