Hi all,
I just bought some motorcycle vizors from England and they said they had to charge the VAT? What's up with that, I asked specifically about the VAT and oversea buyer, etc. Besides that shipping was $61 for two helmet plastic visors, high priced in my mind.

Except that when exported there?s no VAT. So it?s only 11000 pounds. We
could call the VAT ?shipping? to the US, but the shipping quote I got from
them was considerably less that the VAT.
Maybe the mechanic?s price includes installation???
