Agree, but my understanding is that Carb fires have a common, deliberate 'root-cause' of excess gasoline collecting in the float bowls (or somesuch)
and was wondering if this was a result of improper tuning, gummed-up carbs, bad fuel, or some other cause that can be checked/measured/fixed before tragedy strikes....
