Police have their own set of laws, which don't necessarily comply to the 

laws placed on the rest of us.

One irony is that it's ok for a police officer to speed to to catch a 

speeding motorist. Doesn't that just double the chance of harm to other 

motorists!

At what point does a cop on the beat observe the law, or even comprehend
the very basic tenets of law enforcement?

any suspicion or even reasonable cause for concern, so just out of
narrow-minded, petty spite, I'll waste your time and money, public money
and resources and generally impose my personal judgement and will upon you
by abusing the authority of my job and using the failed court system to
discourage you and anyone else from ever just plain being free to do
whatever the hell they fell like doing."
