Now I understand why Ma is referred to in such derogatory terms.    How could he be impersonating a police officer?   The car maybe, ;-) but it sounds like the driver was just along for the ride...   I guess the driver is lucky the police didn't shoot him 30 or 40 times...

My first thought was "who would be fooled into thinking it was a real police car?"  then I remembered the level of intelligence we are often faced with in this country....
