I was noticing the new 911 GT3 has the shifter
on the console, activated exactly the same as a sequential
manual box (naturally).
Made me think if that motion as opposed to steering
wheel paddles could make the experience feel more
connected?. I know one wouldn't drive this way, but if you
treated that PDK like it was a sequential manual with lift
offs, it would probably feel the same way driving it!
Just an observation. I prefer it over paddles, and my
gut is rarely wrong with this stuff.
What do you guys think?
