Actually, glass drills are no problem to get... Here's a huge assortment on
Amazon, but I bet you could find one at your local hardware store:

As for the glass, I don't remember what size it is, but watchmakers may have
one (called "crystals"):

My watch that I wear for work got damaged because I accidentally hit the
corner and the mineral crystal busted... I bought a plastic one from
Esslinger, along with the installation tool (a multi-jawed clamp which
squeezes the crystal to a smaller diameter) and replaced it myself - very
easy! In the case of the Ferrari clock, all that would be needed is a flat
crystal the correct size and drill the stem hole.

...Go with the latter.  Besides - to drill a hole in glass for the clock
time stem setter would be really delicate AND time con$uming for indu$try if
the crystal were glass.  So your clock face is plastic.
