You might try a good quality flare nut wrench if you can find one
in that size. Impact works wonders so give the wrench a good rap
with a lead mallet
What material is the threaded piece coming off the oil cooler?
If it's AL then heating the nut may not help much.

Well the torching of the nut didn’t work at all. I applied as much force as I could. I weight 180 lbs. Torched it 4-5 times. Looking at it, see picture again, I can ONLY heat 1 side of the nut. Can’t go under it, can’t go the other side either, nor can I heat on top of the nut. I can only apply heat on 1 side. So, maybe that’s why the heating solution didn’t work at all.
