Since you are willing to torch it, try thermal shocking it.

clean the nut up good with  a wire brush so you are exposing clean metal all the way around

Heat it up evenly, good and hot,  then hit the entire area with a soaking wet towel and hold it tight,  after a few seconds, move to another section of the towel that's still wet and cold.  Keep moving the towel until you can touch the nut.

Rinse and repeat.  after 3 or 4 shock cycles, it'll come either come loose or you are cutting it out.

I cut mine off and welded AN fittings to the rad.

You might try a good quality flare nut wrench if you can find one in that size.  Impact works wonders so give the wrench a good rap with a lead mallet

What material is the threaded piece coming off the oil cooler?  If it's AL then heating the nut may not help much.

Well the torching of the nut didn’t work at all. I applied as much force as I could. I weight 180 lbs. Torched it 4-5 times. Looking at it, see picture again, I can ONLY heat 1 side of the nut. Can’t go under it, can’t go the other side either, nor  can I heat on top of the nut. I can only apply heat on 1 side. So, maybe that’s why the heating solution didn’t work at all.

I guess I’ll have to send it to my mechanic after the lockdown is finished.
That’s racing!
