The last time I was in Rome was back in 2009. I can’t remember the place, but they served sea bass which was baked in a crust of salt. Absolutely incredible. Find a place that serves that...
Other places that comes to mind were “Il Sorpasso” on Via Properzio which is within a short walk of the Vatican. Also “Borghiciana Pastificio Artigianale”.

Hi all, I have the pleasure of exploring London and Rome with my 19yo son March 12 – 20, and threw a hail mary factory tour request. We are attending the Manchester United game on the 15th, do you have any suggestions for cool/offbeat things to experience in either the London/Manchester, Rome area?
Thanks a million! Mark
