Erik sent me something a while back that fits.

My Brain still thinks I’m 25
My body thinks I’m an idiot

But yeah, I’ve got a whole list of no go foods.  Fortunately I was never a coffee drinker.

My body keeps telling me what not to eat.  I have cut WAY back on anything not chicken or fish.  Coffee is out now too.  Dairy and eggs are next.

Perhaps, but like you… as age creeps in… I’m a bit more discerning about what/how I eat.

One could... but call me old fashioned...  I think I'd still prefer the little black bricks set on fire with cooking time controlled by analog senses.

Most of the rust removal systems are 1um fiber lasers.  A 10.6um CO2 laser would actually do a great job at cooking.  Very efficient.  You apply thermal energy directly to the surface of the meat.  And you could monitor the surface temperature with a thermal camera (with a 10.6um blocking filter).  I bet you could determine the optimal surface temperature profile versus time and control the CO2 laser to nail it every time.

A while back we discussed using one of the new-fangled laser machines to remove rust.   Edd China just did a whole show on one of these machines... Not the one I had used.   Then it gets weird.
