I will ask about the age of the plane and where it is parked when not in use.  What is SPOF?  I am not sure he will ask his friend about TNflygirl unless he knows what that means.  I will look up WARP.

I learned in a Cessna 180

I flew a T-28 in flight school

Had a blast learning.  (I was young, numb, dumb and bulletproof)

Haven't been back in a single, piston engine plane since.

I've refused rides in Robinson Helicopters as well.

(Saw 3 friends die 10 minutes after I said no)

Your concerns are NOT unfounded.  You're just being a good dad.

My kid keeps going up with a friend in the friend's Cessna 150.  The guy is young and healthy and instrument rated.  I don't like it.  How concerned should I be?
