Thank you Steve that is what I was looking for.

I frequently watch one show while recording another, or have 2 shows recording at the same time while watching a third from the now playing list. I also love all the hacks.

Why would DirecTV go backwards?

I have a DirecTivo and love it. I want more but DirecTV doesn't send out Tivo's anymore.


Does anyone have a DirecTV HD receiver and an add-on standalone Tivo? Does it work well? Are you forced to watch the chanel that is recording? How is quality?
