Good advice!  The lovely chap I got the car off spent a good hour going over 
all that sort of thing... all the controls and how to do things and check 
things and answering looks of questions, which was nice.   He said the same 
as you about the boot and to just press lightly eaither side to make sure it 
has clicked in... and NEVER in the middle. :)

I am not sure if my car has that?

ONLY A 308???!!! Hell, as far as I am concerned it is the ultimate Ferrari 
for me :)
Yes I AM from the "Magnum P.I." generation.... but went for the GTB over the 
Magmun GTS :)

Now.. if anyone on this list has a Ferrari that has not run in the past 
month.... and would run right away or after less than a few hours work, I 
want to hear from you and I want to hear your plan for taking it out for a 
good long run in the next week.... feel free to "out" any guilty parties 
that are lucking on this list.
And I need road test reports back from those people after the runs!
