The next major mileage increase will come from research into the earth's
magnetic field and portable interactors for levitation.   Reducing the 
curb weight of a 2 ton car to 15 pounds while moving will allow 65 mph on
6 'D' cells.

So far it has been proved that UFO's are actually plasma energy
from the earth's magnetic core movement.  Research continues to harness

For those interested...the earth's core rotates very slightly faster than the 
outer mantel.    Occasional anomolies at the interface of the two layers
causes tremendous energy transfer resulting in plasma creation reaching
the surface and beyond with movement not unlike the beam of a flashlight.
Hence perceived 'UFO' movement at extreme speeds and changes of
direction.
