Robert,

I am sure you already did this but every where a aluminum water pipe  
touches something, including another pipe I have cut a piece of the  
40mm water hose and wrapped it around the pipe with a zip tie. there  
is another place on the other side
where the same type pipe is about 1/4" near the clutch helper spring  
assembly and as it goes up near the oil filter it almost touches a a  
stud and nut for something. I also did this in front near the radiator  
and in-between the pipes that rune fore and aft and
wher the AC hoses rub against the frame rail near the AC compressor.  
It looks like you have a weld problem but i had the same type bump in  
the rear but it was a worn shock. I assume you replaced the shocks  
when you did the rebuild?
