You are forgetting about the proposed use of our I-Pass/electronic toll collection being used to calculate our speed. If your "time" between toll collection points averages above the set speed limit, you will receive your tax donation certificate via mail. One way to beat this is to have "two" I-Passes. You just have to remember to switch them while "pacing" the traffic between "check points". Illinois is a Pay to Play state. Curiously when the recall measure didn't pass (similar to the measure which essentially put the "governator" in office in CA - IL doesn't have one), a few of the state officials who voted against it suddenly got state funding for their pork projects. Ah, Illinois is an active political state. Remember to vote early... and often! Rodney
