See now that is just another good reason to avoid I94 like the plagued, 
construction ridden, slow moving, pot hole filled, craptacular highway 
that it is...

How exactly do they track that on I94 though?  I really only go through 
a single checkpoint ever on may way from Gurnee to, say the I94/US41 
merger heading downtown?  Is this something on 355 or some other toll road?
