My input here is simple.  I used to work in Russia.  The housing where I worked 
(Sakhalin Island and Murmansk) was a lay-down copy of American housing projects 
with the same disrespect for unearned property and a desire to avoid any and 
all work.  Socialism does not work.  It only looks good on paper and in e-mail 
posts.
