I have seen dudes in suits trotting with large briefcases toward banks in
the Caymans.

Sometimes, it IS as easy as carrying cash. :)

I can't even comprehend what 2.1 Billion would be. Yeah, I know - 2thousand
one hundred millions, - the number is so large I guess it's guys like this
who are considered Super Rich?

Ric talked about the super wealthy being unaffected by the taxes put in
place to take their money - I know congress passed legislation to prevent
the super rich from leaving the US, renouncing their citizenship and taking
their money to live in another country. - I bet the targeted Super RIch
already have ways around these laws!

I would think in the current way things are done . it'd be really tough to
keep dollars in the US -

Although most methods leave a paper trail - money transfers are very
convienent but very traceable - unless there's a country that would not be
bullied into giving it back - carrying cash would seem to be too difficult
but with a fortune to spend and a fortune to hide, gathering
millions/billions in cash would probably be more difficult than putting it
on a private plane and flying away.

Maybe one day I'll have that problem -
;-)
