I know we're joking around a bit, and we can do that because one incredibly 
talented flight crew brought 150+ people home safely after an incident well 
beyond anyone's control, damaged their machine. 

I fly a lot - as a passenger.  And I for one have great respect for, and trust 
in, the professionalism of the flight crews.  Hell, my ass is on the line - and 
I like my ass!  Hell, I even like Clyde most of the time. :-P

We should be writing, "Thank you."
