It takes a lot more skill and training to be a surgeon than a flight 
attendant though.  And surgeons are usually saving the life of someone 
who is definitely dying, and they do it daily.  Most flight attendants 
may not have an experience like the one in NY in their entire careers.  
Plus, not just anyone can be a surgeon!
