Hey Paul: I don't know nothin' about no 'antecedents,' but cLyDe's statement couldn't ring any more true. To me, you can personify a company by it's corporate actions, it's image, and relationships with both the general public, and to it's end users. But then, how would I know? I'm no real Ferrari owner. I just pretend to be one by driving my Shitbox. Right cLyDe? Yer humble servant, Shitbox Bubba (end of round one?) In a message dated 2/12/2009 8:54:51 P.M. Central Standard Time, pbennett [at] macnet.com writes: >Ferrari doesn't care as long as the car is sold Its all about the money! That generalization is meaningless - just as the pronoun 'they' has no antecedent and destroys an argument when involked. You can not personify a company. _________________________________________________________________ **************Nothing says I love you like flowers! Find a florist near you now.
