We used to have those in Illinois, too, but I haven't been there in so long
I don't know if they still do. Mike? Haven't seen any around here
(Oklahoma) but I nearly got run over while walking around downtown Tulsa on
lunch yesterday by a girl driving a SUV coming out of a parking garage and
texting on her cell phone. Idiots.
