FWIW, I need to replace the EGR valve on my Odyssey......$125.13. I thought that was quite high...... They had some problems with paint and rust, and a lot of the electrical stuff was due to the introduction of wiring harnesses that were designed to biodegrade. They didn't get it right, and with the under hood temps, the dried and caused a number of problems. A good number on older cars have been changed now, but if not, watch for them AMGs had their problems too from what I hear. I still thing for the most part, they are very reliable cars. Not cheap to fix, but then price out some parts of a Lexi. I've never owned a Honda, but a few friends have them, and I was shocked to see the prices of some parts, for what is a "econo" car! I used to joke that I drive a porsche as I couldn't afford to run a Honda. lol I find Japanese cars tend not to age so well, with regards to styling. Maybe it's just to my eye, but a 5 year old Japanese car, always looks very dated to me. Ed 300E, the old banger still looks pretty good. :-) 2009/2/25 Fellippe Galletta <fellippe.galletta [at] gmail.com> > On Wed, Feb 25, 2009 at 12:20 AM, Brian E.
