Reminds me of a friend that did not retorque the lug nuts on his jeep.
I turned  right off the highway on to 205th street and there he was looking 
at the drivers font wheel on the ground and the lug nuts were there. they 
all came off at the same time as the wheel.
Unlucky, lucky.
